Hari om to all of you, During this crisis of covid 19, our lifestyle has changed. Putting the mask on our face wherever we go, make some social distances when queuing up, unable to go to our favorite coffee shops or restaurants with our beloved one, working at home instead of commuting by transportation, etc… Well, practicing yoga would be also one of them. Some of you used to have a daily routine to go to a yoga studio, or your yoga teacher used to visit your home to have a private yoga class. Understand Ourselves

We have to understand ourselves to be able to compete with ourselves. What are our tendencies? What do we like? What do we not like? Where do we want to be in the future? These are only a few preliminary questions we need to answer to succeed. And this process of inquiry begins our journey of self -discovery.   Everyone has been gifted with special talents and skills. Every individual has something unique in them. If God were to reveal that talent to us straight away, from the very day we were born, there would be no excitement in our journey. God covers our talent, skills, and potential only so that we have the chance to discover it. And in the process of doing so, in trying to figure out what we want to do with our lives, there is a tremendous sense of satisfaction. Self-discovery is not a one-time event but an ongoing evolution and as life goes on we discover how much we are capable of achieving.   Here are 2 tips to discover ourselves   1. Curiosity   Try to us...

The Art of Living

Our "a reason for being" is different for all of us, but one thing we have in common is that we are all searching for meaning. When we spend our days feeling connected to what is meaningful to us, we live more fully; when we lose the connection, we feel despair. Modern life estranges us more and more from our true nature, making it very easy for us to lead lives lacking in meaning. Powerful forces and incentives (money, power, attention, success )distract us on a daily basis; don't let them take over your life. Follow those things you enjoy, and get away from or change those you dislike. Be led by your curiosity, and keep busy by doing things that fill you with meaning and happiness. It's doesn't need to be a big thing: We might find meaning in being good parents or in helping our neighbors. Life is not a problem to be solved. Just remember to have something that keeps you busy doing what you love while being surrounded by the people who love you. Eight-way of l...
